Requiring a Contact for New Events

Users can specify if a minimum of 1 contact must be added to each event request before submission.

If a contact is not added, a validation error message appears to indicate to the user an action must be taken.

These settings are defined in the "Contacts" settings card in the EM form builder view. The setting is called "require at least one contact".
