You may add photos to Rooms in Class Scheduling by utilizing the Events platform.
Step 1: Access the Events interface
Click the bento box in the top right and choose Events.
Step 2: Navigate to the Rooms Area
Once the Events interface loads, choose Rooms from the left-hand navigation and click on any given room. Then click "Room Settings" on the upper right.
Step 3: Upload a Room photo
Once you are within the room's Settings, click on Images. You may upload one room photo from your computer by clicking on "Upload Image."
Step 4: View Room images in Course Scheduling
Now that you added the room's image, you are able to view it in Class Scheduling. In Class Scheduling, go to the Section Editor. On the Section Editor, scroll down to the "Meeting Patterns & Rooms" card and then click on "Room." You will now be able to see the uploaded image under the room name when scrolling to select a room.
