Unable to Find a Course or Program When I Search for It

You’re searching for a course or program using the search bar at Curriculum > Courses or Curriculum > Programs, but you don’t see what you’re looking for in the results.
Solution Overview
If you are searching for a course using the Search Bar and do NOT see it displayed as a result, this may be because your “Effective Start Term” and “Effective End Term” parameters at the top need to be adjusted.
Detailed Explanation
Let’s assume CD100 is only effective starting Aug 1, 2022.
If no values are provided in the Effective Date parameters at the top, these fields will default to using the Current Active Term (found in Settings > Terms) as the effective start date.
If the effective term has start dates PRIOR to Aug 1, 2022, then CD100 will NOT be shown as a result when searching for it in the Courses Dashboard.
You should adjust the Effective Date parameters in the Courses/Programs Dashboard as desired to see CD100, or adjust the Current Active Term (found in Settings > Terms).
