We are fully able to auto scale and are happy to test against any requirements the an institution requires, and even to require them for payment on a contractual basis. Our environments will trigger a scale increase when more than 2,000,000 bytes are transferred per second per server over a five minute period. And there is no limit to how many servers can be added to scale, although it averages around 4 servers running at all times

Recently, our system was tested for 10,000 users concurrently at our deployment with a customer, and they found that our system is elastic and auto-scales to meet larger demand easily without issue or downtime.
