Overview
There are several factors that could impact page latency, and not all result in downtime, so if you experience any slowness, you should reach out to your Coursedog contact (CSM or Project Manager) or open a support ticket.
If you are unable to reach any page in our platform for several minutes and/or wish to check our site stability over time, you can visit status.coursedog.com.
Our overall uptime percentage is generally over 99.9% over a 90-day period, which means little-to-no disruption to end users.
Latency or Downtime?
We run our application on multiple servers on AWS cloud, so if one server is responding slowly or crashes, within a few seconds the next server gets built up and starts serving customers’ requests. In this instance, temporary slowness is quickly resolved.
Application slowness can also result if an API is responding slowly; in this instance, that doesn’t mean the application is down, but it might mean a particular API needs an improvement or that its server is experiencing heavy load. In this instance, reaching out to your Coursedog contact will help us get started with troubleshooting.
