Overview
Product Release Notes are issued once a month – usually on the first Wednesday of the month, though there are occasional exceptions.
Account owners will receive Release Notes directly via email.

Viewing Release Notes
By Email
Once your institution has kicked off a Coursedog product, your primary account owners should begin receiving Coursedog's release notes via email.
If you are not receiving these updates and wish to, please contact your Project Manager or Customer Success Manager (whichever is your current Coursedog contact) and ask to be added to the distribution.
In Freshdesk
You can access Release Notes at any time via Freshdesk.
Release Notes Breakdown
Release Notes are broken down by product (i.e. each product has its own section), though there are also sections dedicated to User Education Updates and Additional Product News.
Each individual Release Note entry captures:
Release Name
Estimated date it will be enabled.
Environment(s) where it will be enabled on that date (i.e. Staging and/or Production).
“Learn More” links to more details and/or step-by-step instructions.
A feature overview, differences between prior functionality, and any additional notes will be listed as bullets.
Whenever applicable, we’ll include a screenshot (and caption) that reflects the enhancement.
