Overview
Users with the appropriate permissions can make direct changes to syllabi without those changes triggering an approval workflow.
An edit to a completed syllabus is immediately displayed in the completed syllabus and will be reflected the next time a user prints or downloads that syllabus.
Related Permissions
Users can make direct changes to completed syllabi (without those changes going through a workflow) if the “Edit Campus Documents” permission is set to “Allow” for their role. We suggest setting this permission to DENY for most users.
Alternatively, users can request changes to completed Syllabi, which puts the requested changes through a workflow, if the “Request Changes” permission is set to “Allow” for their role.
