Overview
- Users with the appropriate permissions can make direct changes to syllabi without those changes triggering an approval workflow.
- An edit to a completed syllabus is immediately displayed in the completed syllabus and will be reflected the next time a user prints or downloads that syllabus.
Related Permissions
- Users can make direct changes to completed syllabi (without those changes going through a workflow) if the “Edit Campus Documents” permission is set to “Allow” for their role. We suggest setting this permission to DENY for most users.
- Alternatively, users can request changes to completed Syllabi, which puts the requested changes through a workflow, if the “Request Changes” permission is set to “Allow” for their role.
