PATH: Academic Scheduling > Settings > Templates > Preference Form
Your Preference Form Template will serve as the default configuration for every Preference Form you create at Academic Scheduling > Preference Forms > Internal Forms > + New Preference Form.
In other words: Whichever fields you add to the Preference Form Template is what will initially appear when you create a new Internal Preference Form. At that point, the form can be further modified to suit the needs of that particular form.

The fields available to add to this template are similar to what can be added to External Preference Forms.
