Overview

Our Knowledge Base is organized by cloud so you can “click through” to find what you need.

  1. Select “Knowledge Base”.

  2. Click on the category that contains the articles most relevant to you:

    1. Integrations & Technical - This category includes folders dedicated to Integration Basics, Integration Overviews by SIS, SIS-specific folders, General Technical (e.g. SSO, API, passwords, email integrations, etc.) and FAQs & Troubleshooting grouped together by subject.

    2. Curriculum Cloud - Click this to access Curriculum, Catalog, or Syllabus documentation.

    3. Scheduling Cloud - Click this to access Academic Scheduling, Course Demand Projections, Event Scheduling, or Faculty Workload Management documentation.

    4. Welcome to Coursedog - All new users should start here for high-level product and platform overviews, info on how customer support works, etc.

  1. Once you’ve clicked the category that is the most relevant to you, select the product or folder that you’re looking for. Product/folder options are located near the top of the page under the category or cloud name.

  1. Select the sub-folder that best matches your role and need.

  1. You should now be in a folder, with articles listed.

    1. Click to open the article you’re looking for.

    2. Don’t see what you need? Click “Load more” at the bottom of the screen.

    3. If you still can’t find the article(s) you need, use the search bar.
