The Coursedog Client Support & Feedback Process

Coursedog provides multiple ways to get access to support including e-mail, ticket generation, self-help articles, and online training

In addition to finding articles full of best practice guidance and useful tips, you have the ability to submit a ticket for the Coursedog Team. The named support contacts from your school possess the ability to review, comment, and escalate tickets that come into our Technical Support queue. Support tickets are most helpful when the issue cannot be resolved quickly and must be tracked for follow-through. 


But...Let’s say you discover something about Coursedog you think would make it better - something you think other members of our community would also think is cool. Head over to the Feature Requests area!


Product enhancement requests post to our community of users where they are upvoted to receive priority for future releases.


Feature Requests

The evidence of Coursedog’s commitment to transparency takes shape in our community-driven roadmap. Here you can submit items for consideration by the community and Coursedog Product Management for inclusion in future releases. Here you can see where we are in considering items, what items we plan to release and the items we already have in progress. You have the opportunity to vote on all the features you think are the most critical to your implementation.



Items entered as feature requests roll up into the Coursedog Product Roadmap. Once those items enter the completion stage, you can view them in the Changelog. Our Changelog contains all the information you need to know what is new, improved, or fixed in our product.


These channels provide responsive, first-class customer support while ensuring our roadmap always contains our community’s top priorities.
