Overview
For the most part, Course and Program templates function the same way in both Standard and Contemporary catalogs. However, there is a difference in the display of information for Contemporary Catalogs.
Programs
Overview
Programs will need an image to be selected by users.
You can add an image in the Curriculum module.
You can also add “Catalog Display Name” and “Catalog Short Description” fields.
How to Do It
In order to add an image, the “Catalog Image” field will need to be on your Program Template in Curriculum.
In order for an uploaded image to appear in your catalog, the “Catalog Image” field will also need to be on your Program Template in Catalog.
Once placed into the template in Curriculum, simply fill in the information.

Another available option is quoting.
You can pull these in from Curriculum Management.
How to Do It
The following fields can be placed onto the Program template in order to be utilized.
Text is placed at the bottom of the page details.
Once the cards have been placed, the admin can simply fill in the fields.
Catalog Display

Catalog Full Description
Overview
Using catalog full description will give the admin a full WYSIWYG editor when creating program pages.
How to Do It
The following field can be placed into the Program template in order to be utilized.

Content will display under the catalog quote.
Program Contacts
Overview
Program Contacts is set up in Curriculum.
How to Do It
Make sure the “Program Contacts” field is on the template in order to be utilized.
Catalog Display
They will be displayed in the catalog like this.
Courses
When a user clicks on a course, a new side panel will appear.
In order to get to the page that reflects the template created, the user will need to click on “View Course” at the bottom of the panel.
Files
If you add a “File” question-type to a template, that will allow files uploaded to a course or program in Curriculum to appear in your catalog.
However, if those fields are marked as “Private” in Curriculum, they will not appear in the Catalog.
