Custom Catalog pages, once published, can be either deleted or unpublished.
How To Do It
Step 1: Navigate to Catalog > Pages.
Step 2: Click the “Custom Pages” tab in the top right to view all of your custom pages.
Step 3: Select the page you wish to delete or unpublish.
Step 4: Click “Unpublish” to remove the page from the public website but keep the page in your Coursedog user interface (UI). Or click the red “Delete Page”' button on the right-hand side to delete it entirely.
Step 5: If deleting, confirm you wish to delete the page by clicking “delete” in the confirmation pop-up.
If you don’t see “unpublish” or “delete” options in your UI, that likely means an administrative user needs to grant access to these functionalities, as permissions default to “deny”.
Permissions default to “deny.”
To change permissions from “deny” to “allow”, navigate to Catalog > Settings > Roles and click the “pages” toggle to access the “Delete Pages” and “Unpublish Pages” settings.
