Overview
Event Contracts are associated with Event Types; each event type can have a unique contract.
How to Do It
Follow the below steps to set up an Event Contract.
Step 1: Navigate to Events > Settings > Event Types.
Step 2: Click “Contract”.
Step 3:
Input contract details using the WYSIWYG editor that popped up after you selected “Contract”.
This editor allows users to define the default contract for each event type. We suggest adding blank lines to indicate areas where additional content may be needed further down the line (i.e. the contract recipient's name and address).

Overview
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) determines which users are allowed to edit and download contracts.
You can learn more about how RBAC impacts contracts here.
Changing Settings
To change which roles are able to edit and/or generate contracts:
Navigate Events > Settings > Roles.
Click the role(s) whose permission settings you wish to modify.
Select “Events” to access the controls for contracts.
Downstream Effect
When “Edit Contracts” is set to “Allow” for a user’s assigned role, they will be able to edit contracts for Event Types as well as individual events (shown below).
When “Generate Contract” is set to “Allow” for a user’s assigned role, they will see “Download Contract” under the “Actions” tab for any individual event (shown below).
Editing Contracts
If a user chooses to edit a contract, the input will be pre-populated with the default contract associated with the event type. This allows users to make ad-hoc changes to a contract that are specific to a single event:
Downloading Contracts
When a user chooses to download a contract, they will also be given an ability to edit.
The difference between these edits and the edits outlined above is that edits made when downloading will not save; these edits are primarily for users to "fill in the blanks" before downloading a contract (i.e. if you need to specify a date, name, address or other details, you can do so right before downloading the contract).
All contracts come with the invoice appended at the end.
